Returns & Exchanges Policy (Made-to-Order)

At Ginomai Godly Designs, each item is made to order,printed especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, our returns and exchanges policy is different from traditional retail.

1) Returns & exchanges (non-defective items)

Because products are printed only after they’re ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or fit

  • Wrong color choice

  • Buyer’s remorse / changed mind

  • Ordering the wrong item by mistake

Please double-check your size chart, color, and shipping details before checkout. Returns and exchanges for these reasons aren’t supported due to the custom nature of production.

2) Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We’ll make it right.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or you received the wrong item, you’re eligible for a free reprint or a refund.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo proof showing the problem

In these cases, you do not need to return the product, photos are enough.

3) Lost in transit / returned to sender

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a partial refund may be available, or we can offer a reprint (additional charge may apply) once the return is confirmed.

  • If the order is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery status/confirmation window so we can submit a claim and help resolve it.

4) How to request a refund or replacement

Use our Contact page and choose “Order Issue / Return Request”. Include:

  • Order number

  • What happened (short explanation)

  • Photos (and packaging label photo if possible)

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, arrange a reprint or refund according to our production partner’s policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
